Spring Mob Nametaging Bug

Hi, My IGN and discord is JarJar5000 and I’m trying to name my spring mob allays, cow, pig, and chicken. I have successfully named 1 of the 2 allays and when i went to name my cow it used a nametag but the name never showed up. the same thing happened later with my pig. I have now wasted 5 nametags trying to fix it. I have tried relogging and nothing is working. These are mobs i used a serum on and not mobs from the wild. If you know why this is happening please lmk asap.
