The Weird Case of dropping Clovers

Clovers. They are everywhere. You know them. They have a unique drop mechanic but are bugged in funny ways.

Spike blocks drop nothing.

Shears drop an item.

Makes sense right?

Yet silk touch drops nothing

And to top it off, if water runs over a clover it drops an item! Its very weird inconsistencies and im pretty sure one/two of these interactions is unintended
