too many armadillos

Bug Reports

Ive been

walking through a savanna and found around 20 armadillos in less than a 100 Block range... im not sure if it is a coincidence but the spawn rates should get turned down a bit

Its increased because we want them to be easily obtainable by new users who want to check them out, its not a bug and will likely be turned down later
