Trading Claim Bug

My friend logged on to OR and won a bet so I gave him my Marauder cosmos set he didn't have any more space so when we traded he only got the Marauder Bindings but not the other part, Then a text came up saying that to claim the other items from the trade click here and it didn't give him the other items even with 2 slots open. I hope this gets fixed for future players.

The items that did not go through were the Marauder Helmet and Marauder Augments
