Wither Cosmetic - Visual Glitch

The Wither cosmetic, obtained by completing the badge “Wither Salyer” doesn’t appear properly from the wearer’s perspective, in it’s place there is instead the Bee Wings cosmetic. Only the wearer sees the incorrect cosmetic (Bee Wings), while other players see the correct one (Wither).
