You use /navigator 3 times to TP to Open World and then it makes you cannot type it again for around 10 sec!

Here I was just randomly /navigator tping to OW and it just did that! Pretty annoying, maybe make the same cooldown everywhere.

Also works longer cooldown for spawn balloons tping...
