A way to force the spawn of Herobrine

Currently, Herobrine only randomly spawns. While this is neat, it would be much cooler to play into the original lore of the character and let the player tempt fate.

Rather than intrinsically being spawned from luck, Herobrine could also be spawned using structures. When done like this, players can still visit his realm and experience the horror without waiting for a single day a year.
