Add the Tile Finish

(Not Mandatory)

I know the tile finish was scrapped and is now used for the info blocks at spawn but I feel like it would be a cool and even wanted to finish if the team added it. I also would like to see players being able to pick the color of the 2-3 different tiles that cross the screen like originally planned.
