Adding skins to minecarts

OR has brought many interesting features, most importantly furniture. But most of it is just stationary. My idea is through blockstates tags or whatever you use to make custom entities - add models to minecarts. This would be another cosmetic thing to add to your realm! With your handy artists minecarts will sure look cool. Also there should be a new npc near caves on origin isles that sells, recolors those carts.
