Additions to the Transit block.

Transit blocks are one of my favourite features on OR and are criminally underrated. It will never not feel like magic stepping on a transit block and teleporting to a new area, similar to the obelisks on Stardew Valley! A bit of a refresh with some additions would be great for realms and players to revive excitement about using them.

• Being able to set transit blocks to public/private, so visitors can use them.

> This would be amazing for travelling around and exploring other peoples realms.

• Being able to re-colour transit blocks with crystal shards.

• Nether and Aether variants of the transit block to be another method of travelling to those dimensions.

> This could be an alternative use to using portals, and could be a quick cool aesthetic way of travelling around.

• Simplifying the crafting recipe.

• Adding a guide button to the transit block GUI to help first-time users.
