Aether Crate Glitch

I opened my aether crate and it glitched when opening, the screen went black and didn’t show the colours shooting out the chest. When I went to reroll it gave the graphic visuals but gave me the same three options, then on my last reroll I got the same three options again. My user is Blang__ would rlly appreciate if someone could help me out with this!
