An idea on how to implement 9 blighted biomes

I heard that there’s a plan to add 9 more blighted biomes just like the badlands. I personally feel like it would be too crowded in open worlds with the amount similar purple biomes added. I think the best idea is to make the biomes cycle from every world reset. For example in the open world there’s blighted badlands, after the world reset, the blighted badlands will be replaced by blighted jungle. This cycle would include the blighted biomes in nether (and maybe ather). So the blight experience is unique, per world, and people would be very engaged when searching for the biome they want. Since I understand that every boss would reward an extra heart for player’s health bar, this kind of cycling makes bosses more rare and adds a significant value to those extra hearts. These biomes don’t need to include new decorative blocks at all, so there won’t be annoyance to collecting blighted blocks for builds, etc.
