Badger Crate Doesn't Properly Give Selected Item

Hello, my username is Kramig_ and I recently got a 15 day Badger streak resulting in me getting two Badger Crates. When I opened one of them, I was looking at the options I accidently opened my inventory and - I don’t know why - I pressed shift and the Badger crate menu closed and I was taken to the collection page and there was a “beenie” cosmetic token. Although it was one of the options listed, it wasn’t the one I chose. I think I chose the snail shell ( I don’t know if it’s a furniture or cosmetic piece ). Thank you for anything you can do.
