Bug with Joining Server on 1.21.5 Fabric

When joining the server on 1.21.5 Fabric on client: Minecraft Launcher, with the list of mods included:

I get stuck in the lobby scene of waiting till my Resource Pack is fully loaded in, leaving the server doesn’t reload my textures and Re-joining almost crashes my game like 4 times till it loads however that could be from my pc itself as its not a High-end PC to say the least. A moderator suggested I switch to 1.20.6 but as you can see, the list of mods I have would be quite annoying to translate to another version of the game, and let alone my computer is quite slow so I’d be crashing a few times before I get it done. If you have any advise on which mod I have causes this please do tell, else if this is a bug from the Server side, wish you good luck on fixing it.
