Capability to use cosmetic-bound gestures without having the cosmetic equipped.

Not only it may fix that gestures that depends on offhand cosmetics don’t appear selectable unless you remove the item, but it also allows us to use any gesture without having to equip every cosmetic each time.

The cosmetic would be equipped during the gesture and then reverted to the selected one.
