Change the fish measurement unit to blocks.

After seeing the teasers energized posted, I noticed how the fish measurements use centimeters. And while this does make sense, I feel that its kind of out of place. I think a better alternative would just be to measure them in blocks. So for example, instead of 70 centimeters, It would be 0.7 blocks. I think this unit of measurement makes a lot more sense.
