Choose your own color for cosmetics (Beware bad artwork)

Giving the players the option to use specific hex or color codes on their cosmetics would be quite a nice feature so they can better match to their skins. I understand you may have to block specific color codes however to prevent finish cheating.

I imagine this should also be a hidden menu on the screen, but it really would be great if players could better match cosmetics with their skins :)
