Cosmetic disapeared

i spent 250 rubys on a cosmetic token (msuhroom cap) but after redeming it it disapeared

if possible could i be given my mushroom cap, i have always liked mushrooms and was happy when i saw the mushroom cap and it disapearing was very upsetting
