crosshair indicator for spirit weapons

Its pretty annoying how when you put a skin onto a spirit weapon, the skin disappears while the weapon is charged.

My solution to this (and its one that I believe was discussed a while ago) is to have an option in the settings menu that makes it so there’s a spirit charge indicator next to the crosshair that appears when you are holding the spirit weapon in hand, and will not change the held item texture in any way so you can still see your applied skin.
