Customisable banners

what if you could put banners inside painting tables and paint the pixels on it? it seems like a good idea to me. the way it would work is you put in a banner of your choosing put it in a painting table then a color wheel and a few tools would apear which would let you paint in diffrent ways. Painting tool 1 is the Default painting brush it paints 1 pixel at at time. painting tool number 2 is a sponge which sets all the pixels in a 3 by 3 area to white painting tool 3 is a bucket which paints a large 7 by 7 area. you can also add a little Name thing on the bottom that says who painted it if they painted something innapropriate you will know who did it. the last thing you could add is a reset button which resets the banner
