Dye Merchant

A merchant in spawn that would sell every color of dye. This would make large quantities of dye such as black dye more accessible than they otherwise are now. For example, even getting a few stacks of black dye can take 10-15 minutes from setting out to find a river in resource worlds to killing enough squids.
