Elite Rank Colour (repost from discord)

Let's face it; hot pink isn't that great of a colour for the highest donation rank. Whilst some people like it a lot, and there's nothing wrong with that, a lot of people hate the colour. However, getting rid of the current colour completely isn't that great of a solution and risks running into the same issue of people not liking the new colour either. My solution is to keep the current colour, whilst also adding two or three more colours and letting elite ranks choose which of those colours their name gets displayed in. The elite rank requires spending $80 on the server to get, it might as well come with a colour that you like.
