Emoji Stickers

Imagine stickers resembling in-game emojis which could be obtainable in bulk from balloons or certain structures, that you could stick onto blocks? for example, imagine sticking a clown emoji sticker on the side of your friend’s base, they would also be a useful and cheap way to decorate. Sticking one on the side a block would be as simple as right clicking, and maybe they could behave like items in item frames as well where you can spin them around?
