Except banning peoples - use cages.

Banning is too easy, lets all bad players put in cages? Good players can visit them, but they cant say anything or leave cage. If player were REALLY bad mod who banned him can turn off/on punishments, players can choose which punishments will be for this player, like put in lava, summon 10 wardens right behind him, good players will kill bad player, or detonate him!
