Fish Completionist Badge

Similar to the Vanquisher achievement except for fish. Star every fish in the journal. Would be a hidden achievement only unlocked after catching up all 306 fish *subject to increase when new fish are released. Achievement could be called “Fed for a lifetime” in reference to the “Give a man a fish” saying.

Possible cosmetic rewards are a final tier of a fishing pack or a golden fisherman hat.
