goats will ram into things, and sometimes ONE of their horns will fall, can happen two times so it will lost both horns.

i think this would be good for visual/aesthetic purposes mainlyfor those who likes and may keep goats, not only that but would be a silly but interesting Vanilla-Like QoL

1 - WAXING

you could wax it 2 times depending on how much horns they have

if you wax a two-horned goat two times, none of their horns will fall

if you wax a two-horned goat one time, one of the horns can fall but the other cant

if you wax a one-horned goat, the remaining horn wont fall

2 - REGROWTH

right-click a goat that has lost one of its horns using the goat horns item and it will grow back in the mob
