Growth Stunt Serum

over the years i have suggested something similar that would keep mobs in their baby form and it has always been likes by players. With the recent additions oh Spooky , Festive and lunar serums i feel its a good to bring this back up as it would have an event equivalent and staff would have had experience with making something similar. This could spice up existing structure loot tables . would be really cool to have it on the baby red panda “bears” as the full size isn’t very realistic.
