Happy Ghast Improved Breeding

Improved happy ghast speeds

Imagine Happy ghasts have the same breeding effect as horse’s, bringing their speeds up, if you breed fast ones like horses. The ,max speed would be the same as like minecarts, or so about 8-13 block per second. I perosnally think this will make player interact with it more, as happy ghasts are shoawed by moas. I think this will be a great change -SN6 <3
