Hunger Issue

When I loaded in my hunger bar was appearing, then I restarted Minecraft. It did not work, then an AI told me to press F1 on and off and that did not work. I was using mods to make the world more beautiful, so I took off all the mods, then I tried, it did not work. Then i used plain vanilla Minecraft and it did not work. So then I used Every different mod loader and it did not work. I did not have any rescore packs on at the time.
