Legendary Ore

A super rare ore, with one variation: Deepslate. Potentially 1 in 1000 chunks (more or less, depending on what seems fair), this item could create Legendary Tools. However, it wouldn’t be using normal sticks with the ores. No, that’d be to easy. Instead, a new stick, like a netherite stick, could be used in order to make it actually work. To craft the netherite stick, it would be using 2 netherite ingots smelted down to create Hardened Netherite. From there, using 2 of these pieces, would create a netherite stick, only 1 though, to keep it balanced. The same crafting recipe would be used as normal sticks, and would be directional.
