let us place small dripleaf in grass/sand

its really easy to do it, since its possible even with small datapacks as there is a block tag named "#small_dripleaf_placeable” this really is something SMALL asf but would enhance and make a lot of building possibilities… please ;w; i need it so bad, it was in all servers i used to play i even thought it was something in vanilla…..
