Mailing System

I often need to contact players who are offline and don’t have Discord accounts. When this happens, I have to wait for the person to join the server again so I can tell them whatever I need to, but they usually end up joining when I’m not online. I know other members of OR also experience this issue. I suggest adding a mailing system so we can send messages to offline players, and the sent messages appear for them when they next log on.
