Make a return for - /giveitem {item_name} command on the Testing Server

Maybe you would restrict the use of this or keep it the same, either way, it is a very fun feature, as it provides us with the amount of items we need to find bugs for.

PS: Not saying anything and stuff, maybe it’ll be fun to test the already existing (pre-update ) features that you can’t access in the real server yet.
