make balloon crates more resistant

sometimes they can break cause of fall damage….

WHICH IS WEIRD CAUSE IF YOU SHOOT THEM OBVIOUSLY THEY WILL FALL lol

cactus also break them, and i think this is good, however i think they should drop the items or at least a part of them anyways

if you have a punch bow or knockback sword, they can take knockback and sometimes be destroyed cause of the knockback
