Make Grims not target/shoot unarmed pillagers

pillagers when they dont have a crossbow they are friendly… purely passive

a bit weird, isnt it? looks like a bug but mojang decided to keep it as a small easter egg

however, if youre using spirit armor, it will still target them

since the spirit armor can detect mad piglins and “friendly” piglins, i think this should be also applied to pillagers
