make spawn/lobbies unified unless there is a lot of people

just like open worlds, make that the second lobby only opens when there is too many people

also let us choose which lobby we want to be

recently, people have been making hide n seek and stuff like this and its a pain in the a to always keep checking if you are in the same lobby as them or not and you have to find someone whos in the right lobby to tp to

also would be better to things like chat-rooms which are almost never used would be better and cool for RP or just to socializing and meeting people out there in the origin isles

spawn feels pretty dead sometimes and this is rlly sad
