Making Feature request able to downvote

I believed everyone who have discord account loves suggestion page on OR discord (unless you are someone who don’t usually post any suggestions). However, Feature request is lack of the same energy like suggestion page. I’m not saying making it 100% like discord’s suggestion page, but at least make it be able to upvote and downvote people’s suggestion, I’m ok with those restricted rules. just make a function, so we can at least say “no” to some suggestion
