Missing Texture Finish

I present to you new finish type! The Missing Texture Finish. It would be a scrolling texture of the infamous peetah install cs source

I remember that there was an idea for finishes to have variants, for ex. gold finish would have silver and bronze finish too, so if it were to happen and my suggestion would get approved I think it could either be a variant of glitch finish or matrix.
