mobs spawning

Not sure if available but have the spawn of mobs instead of spread out have it per person since if someone new were to mend their armour and stuff they couldnt as (i tested this without spawner) only 5 mobs spawn in a normal xp tower which for me isnt that great i must say and not to say newer people wouldn’t have that much chances to either afford a spawner or make one as it takes time and effort and only spawns 2-4 after killing wich only one spawner doesnt do much

Not to say the time and effort into building the xp farms e.g my gold farm or just any in general as players like me would lose interest as we cant build anything other than like ‘builds’ which sometimes can be boring
