Moving Crates, Peanut's Pets, and Original Fountain

We all know about Peanut’s Pets, the centerstage building at Spawn Town that hasn’t had a use for 4 years. But what if we moved the current crates fountain there, and rebrand it as “Mr. Genie’s Crate Emporium” where there could be a much more atmospheric building for the genie. The old fountain could come back in place of the crate fountain, either redesigned or not, and the central Spawn Town would be more complete.

I mapped out what I believe it could be based on the current layout inside Peanut’s Pets, but it could also change the interior layout.
