New finishes for old promos

My favorite cosmos are the 2023 spring promos and i would love to get iridescent finishes for them. However since they were released before the iridescent finishes were, as of right now this is impossible.

My request is that with each new event promo there be a small chance (rarer than normal finishes) that you can get the new finishes for old promos from that event that came out after that old promo was released.

EX. Next year’s spring promo set comes out, when you buy it you have an extremely rare chance to get a finish that came out in 2024 for a promo that was released in 2023. These finishes are only the ones released after a promo, you cant get a floral or molten finish for a 2023 promo this way. This special occurrence is also only available after a new finish releases and will not be repeated again the next year. This way there is a set amount of said finish.
