i think you should add new carrets and apples like 8 iron nuggets and a carret makes shiny carrets kind of like gold to glistering iron to shiny they are a little weeker then glistering carrets and the shiny apples gives only 1 extra heart and the effects dont last as long then you should make what would be called enchanted metal apple 4 gold blocks and 4 iron blocks with an apple makes something a little bit wores the enchanted golden apple but it make your hunger completely full and gain 3 and half extra hearts just an idea please at least take insperation from this post
