New players must have a way to unlock new tiers of limited cosmetics.

Today i buyed a Soul Scythe (2024 Halloween Exclusive) and, it has a tiers, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, HOW WILL I GET OTHER? i literally have only tier 1, i joined in 2025, i need a way to upgrade it. what must i do to get new tiers?
3 ideas:

1. After i adding Soul Scythe in my wardrobe i will get a quest at badger, and i will get message about i got a quest at badger (idk what i had to do to upgrde soul scythe in 2024, so the quest would be same as in 2024) and for making those i get upgrade. (ig its +- good)

2. I must to buy other soul scythes and apply them to mine and i will get other tiers of my Soul Scythe. (ig its good)

3. I will automatically have all tiers. (pretty bad idea)
