New realm perm.

The neighbor permission can ride boats and unnamed tamed animals. They shoot arrows and are attacked by and can kill unnamed hostile mobs. They activate nearby spawners.

You can choose to give anyone who enters your realm this perm by default instead of visitor. If you switch it back to visitor default only people you specifically gave neighbor perms will keep neighbor perms.
