Oil rig out at sea

Oil rigs would add a level of depth and distance to the ocean that no ocean monument could ever do! I think having a “on land version“ of the deep sea archeology stuff would be epic! Just in general oil rigs are really cool areas, but I think having them far out at sea as like a beacon would just be so epic! On top of that I think the potential for cargo-ship shipwrecks would amazing! Ok, picture this: Your in your boat out at see and you look down to see a GINORMOUS cargo-ship laying on the sea bed broken into 2 parts with cargo containers laying around! Then you keep rowing out, further and further… you start see more and more shipwrecks and then… far in the distance hidden in the fog you see lights! As you get closer you start to realize that you aren’t getting close to land but your thousands of miles out at sea and the only solid platform is this oil rig!

I personally love the idea of oil rigs! In the game Dredge ( you can watch the trailer here:

https://youtu.be/r5RT3uZaOS0?t=68 ) Seeing such a large structure in the distance and it slowly gets larger the closer you get to it, then finally arriving to the rig only to see the pure scale of such a massive structure in front of you just sends chills down my spine (in a cool way lol)
