option to change rank display color

would be a setting to choose what rank color you can display your name as in chat, up to the highest owned rank

(for example: if you own MVP rank then you can display as either blue, yellow, green, or grey. if you own something like media then that also becomes an option alongside the up-to-highest-owned-rank options)

this would make chat more customizable and to the preference of the player with how they are displayed in chat messages and in username tag
