Paint Brushes & Paint buckets

Paint brush - Crafted with a brush and any single dye. the player can shift right click to paint furniture without cost but can only paint with one shade of that color.

Paint bucket - Crafted with a water bucket and a dyed paint brush. the player can dye any dyeable blocks within a 3×3 area and has durability, when broken/used returns the brush and bucket.
