Pick Block for Custom Blocks

Please implement pick block functionality for all custom blocks!

In other words, allow the “pick block” button to select non-vanilla blocks.

I understand this is easier said than done, but it would be a major quality of life improvement and is something that can seemingly only be done on the server side now.
