Realms always open for all!

There are a ton of cool realms I can't visit because their owner is offline, make it so anyone can switch their realm to always open regardless of rank, this would make more sense for a multiplayer server, I mean, if you can't visit a friends build while they're offline realms are basically just LAN worlds. Players are way more likely to build automaticshops and museums if they don't close when they log off. If there're technical reasons for this, change the requirements to playtime not rank.
