Replace question marks around spawn with OR-BIT

OR-BIT doesnt really do much and isnt really seen outside of the entrance of spawn. Players cant see OR-BIT at the spawn platform from basically all of the question mark locations (and interacting with the question marks brings up an OR-Bit popup anyways) so replacing them would be nice for immersion and give him some more functionality as a guide.
